Privacy Policy for ECC Dashboard

ECC Dashboard is an internal business application operated by YarnLiving ApS.

The application is used to access, analyze and manage marketing and business data from Meta platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and Meta Ads.

Data we access

Depending on the permissions granted, ECC Dashboard may access the following data through Meta APIs:

• Meta ad account information
• Campaign, ad set and ad performance data
• Advertising spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and related marketing statistics
• Facebook Page information
• Facebook Page engagement data
• Business asset information
• User profile information required to identify authorized business users
• Access tokens required to connect securely to Meta APIs

How we use the data

We use the data only for internal business purposes, including:

• building marketing dashboards
• analyzing advertising performance
• monitoring campaign spend and return on ad spend
• managing campaigns, ad sets and ads
• improving internal marketing operations
• reporting across markets and advertising accounts

We do not sell Meta user data.

Data sharing

We do not share Meta data with third parties except where necessary to operate our internal systems, comply with legal obligations, or use trusted infrastructure providers such as hosting, database and security providers.

Data storage and security

Data is stored securely in our internal systems. Access is limited to authorized employees and service providers who need access for business or technical purposes.

Access tokens and credentials are stored securely and are not exposed in frontend applications.

Data retention

We retain marketing and business data for as long as needed for reporting, accounting, analytics and internal business operations, unless deletion is required by law or requested by an authorized user.
